How thick is it?

I don't even know how to respond to that! It's a regular guitar pick and it's not any thicker than any other pick would be. I didn't realize their are different thicknesses to picks and I would have no idea nor an instrument that could measure that small of a detail. Sorry

Well, picks usually come in different thicknesses:
Thin - usually less than .60 mm
Medium - usually .60 mm to .80 mm
Thick - .80 mm to 1.20 mm
Extra thick - more than 1.20 mm
The picks I have are labeled with the thickness. The reason I ask, is that thinner picks generally are not suitable for playing mandolin, due to the higher tension double course strings.

I've been around pickers all my life, sang with a C & W band in my younger years, and not a one of them ever mentioned that! LOL So I can add this new info to my repertoire of musical knowledge!
