These are brand new!
And NO, the doll does not come with the shirt :)
You can use the "doll" shirt on teddy bears, or other dolls, but if they are smaller than 18" than the shirt will look a little big but still fits :)

They run true to size, they go youth xs (2-4) youth s (6-8) and on..
