It doesn't have a sim card. I was under the impression that you can take it to any cell provider. They may charge you a small fee to activate in on your account. I hope this is the case, but I would ask your cell provider to be sure!

i no longer wish to have this phone because i cannot pay for shipping.....so if i win i will not give you my address because i don't want the phone anymore

I have the shipping clearly stated, I wish people wouldn't bid if they refuse to pay shipping. If you would like to be outbid, please post your highest bid so someone who actually wants the phone has a better chance at getting it.
