Ill probably use a flat rate box since it would probably be cheaper, i wouldnt think more than 5 dollars but i can check for you

Its pre-WIFI so you have have to attach the cable to it to get internet but it does have Internet Explorer

I will use a prepaid label, that would be easier. According to USPS.com the shipping should be somewhere are 10 dollars but there may be a cheaper way. It is from 98 that's why it doesn't have WIFI but you can still attach a cable to it for internet. Let me know if there are any other questions
