This is my first holster that I had bought after my purchase of my 9MM Ruger pistol and is brand new because I have only ised it about 5 times. It is called a "pancake" holster because it is flat and holds close to the side of your body. It has two belt loops on each side so that you can use it as a lefty or a righty or also as a crossover (using your right hand to draw it of the left side of your body and vise versa). It has a button-click thumb brake that can also be changed from left to right by velcro. The material that this is made of is very durable and should dry quick if wet. I am not sure how big of a caliber this hold but I can say it was just a tiny bit big for my 9MM. Any questions feel free to ask.
