One of the delivery options that a seller can set when creating an auction is called Digital Delivery. So that you get better results with your auction and it's more clear to your bidders, please select that option in your future listings when the item will be delivered to the winner digitally, such as via email. I am aware of digital delivery. However, seeing how I said I would either email or mail the pattern to the winner, I have changed the delivery option back to free shipping. If you look through my history, you will see that the past two winners of auctions like this opted for me to mail them hard copies.

Hi, I'm afraid we are no longer allowing the "Free Shipping" option if you offer to Email the item. Even if you choose to offer to ship the (physical) item for free (that is your option) but it must still be listed with the shipping method as 'Digital Delivery'. The best way around this would be to have separate auctions, one in which you only mail the item in the mail and another sent (only) digitally. Thank you for your cooperation regarding this matter.
