The photo is not the exact stone you will be getting. I have a bunch of these and they are all the same as this one except for the clue marking will be different. The size is approximately 10 x 12 x 2mm. I labeled it Black Onyx which I believe they are though not 100% sure (It was at one time in a ring and removed, it is glue that you see on the back in the photo). I think that it is genuine though I have no proof of that and do not know how to tell for sure. I have had all the stones that I am listing for 10 to 15 years just sitting and collecting dust. At the time I received any of them it was with the intentions of receiving genuine stone. Some were acquired from QVC and some were acquired elsewhere. Also if there is a flaw or it is damaged in any way that I can see I will note it. So please be aware that there may be flaws or damage that I did not see as I am not an expert at looking at stones. So having said this please be aware that I am stating that I believe they are all genuine though I am not 100% positive of that.
