my maniquin is an anorexic size 0 so I have to put the tops so that they stay on the maniquin, I prob just had to adjust it to get a pic of the area that I wanted of the top. the neckline on this one is kinda square. as for fit for a medium, I honesty have no idea how a top will fit another person, we are all built so different even if we wear the same size, a top will look different on each of us.
