My Dad was an old world Italian and loved to hunt and fish. Believe me he ate everything,,,the man would never have starved to death. As a child growing up we always were a bit wary when Dad was cooking?/ ever eat black bird gravy? Hmmmm…yup.He was also very self sufficient, made everything himself from Wine to his own leather.
