Welcome to auction #5 of 6... As always, I do have a few simple rules that I would like everyone to follow...

1) NO REFUNDS of credits due to buyer's remorse or an accidental bid.. What you see is what you get, plain & simple...

2) No disparaging comments towards myself or other bidders within the auction.. THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED PERIOD...

3) These will be mailed out on October 23, so please do not email me asking me to ship these out any earlier.. I cannot do so at this time...

4) PLEASE PLEASE have a verified Listia approved address, as I have been burned by unverifiable addresses in the past & will not do so again.. If you are not verified, please go to www.listia.com/support & they will guide you through the steps.. It's quick, easy & it saves both of us time in the long run!!!

This backdrop building is printed paper mounted on a plastic lawn sign... It is a 4 story commercial building with 3 floors of apartments, & a loading dock for a Buster Brown Shoe Store..

This would be the rear of the building as would commonly be found facing the railroad tracks... Signs & Graffiti are from the 1940's Era... But can be changed for a more modern layout...

If you want the signs changed before it is shipped to you, tell me what type of business you would like a sign for, & what time period... For a more modern building, I can graffiti it with bright colors...

This will be done at no extra charge..
