Ms Jerrica,it is 12inches from neck/collar area to tail end & I can stretch it slightly to between 16 and 18 inches around... not including collar that folds down,mock turtleneck style... It's loose on a 2 liter coke bottle,and looking a bit tight on a gallon milk jug,lol,if that helps...would probably fit from a large chihuahua or weenie dog up to a cocker spaniel,maybe...The slits for front legs are 3 1/2 in... it's made by lulupink.Hope it will work for you!
