The listing, Halo Reach Action Figure - Blue Spartan and Flag has ended.

From Halo Reach's McFarlane Toy line, this is a blue Spartan. This Halo Reach Spartan warrior has the classic Assault Rifle. Also has a frag grenade on his back and canister rounds on his waist. There is a classic, skull-topped grey flag pole from the special set to go along with him. The flag base is included

There are not too many Halo figures on here so I thought I'd get things started. Have fun Halo fans!
