This phone is in new condition! I bought it when my granddaughter dropped my iphone in the toilet, used it for 3 days until i received my new iphone!

If you want to know the model # or IMEI, I have taken pic of the inside behind the battery that has all that info!

Sim card not included you will have to contact Net10 tell them which phone you have, give them some info and they will send you a Sim for free! Or you can go to Walmart or Radio Shack and purchase a Sim to get it up and running faster!
