It is brand new and an XL, but fits more like a 12/14. Very cute and expensive. Shipping is $ 6.50 and even that may not be enough and once again I'll add to shipping. Would you please consider accepting an already prepaid shipping label for the shipping costs? all you'd have to do is apply it to the box you'd be sending out and i could even schedule a pick up so you don't have to worry about dropping it off and it won't cost you anything. if this would be ok please let me know? thank you!!
