The reason I really like this recipe is because I use the orange peel in my healthy baking to replace dates which cost me much more. They are awesome to snack on as well. They are high in sugar but you can cut sugar in baking by using these and they add he moisture I can replace instead of the dates. I will email the recipe to the winner.... Make sure that you only buy organic oranges to make these! They are a fun thing to have on hand and they store in glass jars or plastic bag at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
