~About the smartphones: The one with the black case
The glass lens cover for camera has a crack but it always took fine pictures. The phone functioned 100% perfect before I had the cracked screen replaced. This screen is brand new but must not have been installed correctly because now it will not visibly power on. While
charging you can see the red indicator light working. Perhaps If you know about them you can fix it.
I then purchased another because I loved this phone. This phone functioned perfectly until the
infamous mandatory update which now makes the power cycle over and over. If you know how to do a new
update via tethered to pc then perhaps it will function again.~The charger: Doesn't seem like it works when plugged into an outlet but plugged into pc works fine
so I think just that part that plugs into wall may be bad?
