On December 15, 1964, the USPS issued a stamp commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the American Radio Relay League and honoring the thousands of Amateur Radio Operators. This is First Day Cover, with one of the new Amateur Radio stamps cancelled Dec 15 1964 from the city of issue, (Anchorage, Alaska - chosen for the vital role Ham Operators played in the 1964 Alaska earthquake)
Note: Slight creasing and some discoloration of the envelope.
