No. I'm not sure it has 48 little diamonds. I will try to see what that amount may weigh up to. If any listian knows? any info would be appreciated :) I'm not a jeweler but I'm love learning. Thanks everyone ;)

1 looked up how much 48 diamonds weighed up too. The answer I found was 1carat. Ty for looking. ;)

Yes from what I understand it can be sized down. Must have prongs tightened around diamonds if the size gets changed but the jeweler should already know this.lol. ;)
