If your phone or device has a Sim card then this phone will work...just insert your card and I believe your contacts and everything but don't quote me. I have Verizon and they don't have cards.

This is a pre-paid phone. You have to buy the minutes for this phone from tracfone. THIS is NOT a smartphone! I had the EXACT cell phones as this. Your title is wrong and I suggest your revise your auction. The winner also has to call tracfone for a new sim card. I repeat THIS is not a SMARTPHONE! It has a touchpad and the screen is 4" wide. You have to purchase a card to keep this phone activated from tracfone or pay out of your bank account. Please revise your auction and add more information. That is alot of credits to let people believe this is a SMARTPHONE. IT has a touchpad with wi-fi and your minutes get used everytime you use wi-fi! Thank you.

This phone is able to be unlocked and used with other phone companies...I researched it a bit and you may have to call or find a way on the internet to do this...it comes with all the paperwork for codes and everything...not sure if you have to pay to do this or not though. But it's still a prepaid phone. So it can be used for other companies that use the sim card for prepaid.Just have to work to do it so if you don't wanna work...dont bid.
