This Rexel Derwent watercolour pencil set has been barely used, of professional quality, and a versatile and exciting colouring medium in their own right that can produce a wide range of drawing and painting effects, as well as provide a practical alternative to the conventional watercolour palette. The pencils can be used wet or dry, or on wet or dry paper. Use a brush to round out the pencil strokes, if necessary. Derwent has a colour range of 72 different hues. This set includes:
