Thank you. I was a little confused on this DiIY. I've been having problems trying to get the new listians to understand that its free shipping but also by digital delivery. They keeps asking how it gets shipped so I thought free? I about ready to quit these DIY because the new listia don't read the terms and keep requesting refunds . Not realizing what a DIY is? Thank you for helping me clarify these auctions so I get better results and less issues. I truly appreciate your help ;) I love listia!! You're the best website ever

No problem, glad to have helped! You could also try using the word "Instructions" or "Tutorial" (in your title) rather than DIY, since some people aren't so sure what that means ;)
