The listing, Peony seeds, 5 qty has ended.
There I was wandering around in the yard when I find these seeds on my peonies. Well, since I have more peonies than I know what to do with—quite literally—I figured someone here might want them. Don’t know what the bees have been doing so what colors and varieties you may get is anyone’s guess. Could be white, pink, magenta, single form or double, maybe semi-double; all good as far as I’m concerned. They are nothing short of beautiful.
Peonies are super tough herbaceous perennials, hardy in USDA zones 2-8, will live long lives once established. Prefer sun, but will take a bit of shade. Well draining, rich soil will make them bloom more profusely. Staking is recommended only because the blossoms are so huge and too heavy for the stems.
