Does need dry cleaned! It has a few small spots that Dry Cleaning can take out. Really beautiful. Very long in the back. Skirt and veil included.

The only person it's costing is myself because of the shipping on the box. I offer free shipping on all my auctions because I have no trust in banks so I don't have any account, credit cards or use paypal.

oh I have been scammed almost twice as much and I paid for shipping every time. I got my credits back, but I don't sweat the paypal money because I believe in karma. plus they must really need the money if they have stooped so low as to scam someone who is planning a joyous occasion. ..

Well if they paid thru PayPal they will get their money back. I sold and bought on eBay for many years and never had issues with them. No all of us has the money to do free shipping on everything. Now sending cash and money orders is risky fir both sellers and buyers and slows the process up.
