Questions & Comments
Curious Goods is correct Mako123. In some states it is frowned upon and sometimes Illegal to Wear Masonic Items if you are not a Freemason. Of course you are free to do what you want but you should only bear any Masonic RING or anything else Unless you are Indeed a Mason. If you have not earned your right to bear the symbols there is no Honor in it. Some of us Brothers dont like, nor agree on NON Mason Member to wear out emblems. Not being rude Mako just letting you know.
its a masonic symbol, the square and compass. Both the square and compasses are architect's tools and are used in Masonic ritual as emblems to teach symbolic lessons. this is a small gold colored disc with the image on front could be added to a necklace, ring, cufflink etc.
penny is on left for size, slightly smaller. From a factory that made awards think its @ late 60's early 70's but not sure. on some shelves with old stock. see my other auctions for similar fraternal medals.
