This is Datolite from the Delaware Mine located in Upper Pennisula of Michigan. Datolite is uncommon and therefore popular with collectors. Datolite is directly related to areas where copper is located. There are only a few known localities in the world where Datolite can be found, one of the few being the copper country of Michigan.

This Datolite is 1/2. It has been cut and polished. It is white with a slight light green appearing in it as well. The outer side is a typical gray matrix with nodules.

You never know what color the Datolite is until it's cut open and the inside is revealed. Datolite varies in all different size and color.
