This is a RCA electronic Mini voice recorder
Model: RP5120-A
Capacity: Up to 60 hours of recording on Hi-Fi and up to 120 hours on normal rec.
Voice activation sensitive.
Unit is fully programable to a 10 diferent settings
Files can be transfered as a MP3 files to a computer.
Software is included on device.
Uses 2 AAA batteries.
Item was barely used and it is on inmaculate condition

Yes it does connect with the computer to download the MP3 files, it has the software incorporated at the recorder memory and uses a standar USB cable.
Yes i will include the cable if bid goes over 2000 points.
If not you could buy that cable at walmart or Radio Shack for $ 1.50

Yes it does, it depends the level of sensitivity at where the device is set it will record either noises or voices.
