This is like a baby back pack only the baby rides up front. It's material is like velour, sort of velvety soft. The seat the baby sits in is cotton and has a flower design. It is in very good condition, has no rips or tears and shows almost no wear, only the material around the straps where the velour has settled from the weight of the baby.
