This is a super cute above the knee all cotton , cap sleeve Dress by Billabong! In great very lightly worn condition. No flaws, minimal if any wash wear. Junior's Size Small. Awesome trendy Plaid in Brown/Charcoal/ Blue/Burnt Sienna & Yellow!

Low V slight Crossover Neckline Trimmed in Brown. SMOCKING Directly Under the Bust.
Flares very subtly to the Hem!
2 Cute Patch Pockets at each side, lower front with lightly pleated centers & Tops trimmed in brown. BILLABONG Embroidered in RED at left Pocket
At back, Top, Middle of the Neck RED Embroidered Billabong Logo! Entire body to hem is Lined in a Contrasting Taupe!
100% Cotton. I Love this Dress, wore it once for a few hours & it is just a bit "tight" for me in the sleeves/shoulders.
Measures:
Chest: 32" a little give but not much. Will fit nothing over a 34"
Length: 32"
Shoulder to Shoulder, across, measured at the back: 14"
The 2" Smocking, under the bust is 13" across laying flat. Will easily stretch to 16"

You are too funny! I almost did not list it because I LOVE IT SO MUCH:) GREAT MIND:) But it was too cute on! You could definitely just open the seams( under the arms & let it out? LOL LIKE I WOULD KNOW! haha) YOU sew I can barely sew a button! I wore it once & it was adorb! It was a bit chilly that morning, Right! So I put a little cami under( hmm maybe a bra w/a cami Made it tight?!) Then I put on a thinner pair of brown cable tights, & wore an oversized sweater, like a shorter, looser kind of Oatmeal Heather on Top of it! Haha I love it! You will figure it out! It is cute!!

That was Great Minds yes go get some Peets and come over & try it on! I am serious, I KNOW you can do something cool w/ it & NOT A HAT! Lol Goof! Cut off the hem & use that fabric to add! Haha
