This camera has only been used twice before I got a professional camera for my anniversary. It is new in the original packaging...I never even got to load the software on my computer. It comes with its own editing software as well. It comes with all accessories that it came with...battery, carry strap, usb cord, both discs, usb wall charger, and all paperwork

I am lost your heading says brand new in box than it says used 2 times, so it cant be brand new right?

It is not brand new never used, but it is brand new, as it was just purchased, plugged in, used twice, and put away when I got a professional camera as an anniversary gift. I never even had enough time to play with settings, install the software on my computer, use the editing software, do anything with the warranty, etc. So yes, it is in brand new condition.

Warranty can be used without receipt if you state that the camera was a gift.
