Hello, they don't have any number size other than "27" on the tag . However the actual measurement of the waist is 29 inches.They are low rise so that is probably closer to were they would sit on the hips.I hope that helps, if you need more info please free to ask . The tag says "27" but the measurement at the waist is 29 inches and they are stretchy.They are low rise also with the rise being 7 inches if I remember correctly. "Rise" is the measurement from the top at the front button down the zipper to the crotch seam.Hope that helps answer your question, if not please ask more.
