this is a used unlocked Lg vue, can be used with any provider that uses sim cards, on a scale of 1 to 10 for condition i would give it a 7. on the back its scuff up and has wear,the screen it not bad at all you really have to look to see minor scratches. comes with car charger,and home charger. touch screen. in the pic's im showing you that the phone is on and working with a provider called pure talk and its a att phone.just to let you see it is unlocked. im all so going to throw in a silcone cover.

This is about the prepaid comment, if you get Metro PCS you can use any phone and it is a pre paid month to month service.

I have this phone through AT&T and I love it. It's been a great phone for me. I do not HAVE to have a data plan through AT&T, that's the whole reason I got this phone and because it's a touch screen. Good Luck Bidders!

You should be able to use it as prepaid cuz I have a blackberry from my old contract and it works as prepaid. Just thought I would let you know that and being unlocked it is better to use for prepaid..
