**Shipping** I ship free, but my rules are as followed: I ship all my items Certified with a tracking number. All items have to signed for. If you are not present when item is attempted to be delivered, they should leave a slip saying they tried to drop off a certified package. It will be you Responsibility to track your own package. When tracking, it will tell you if it is at the post office pending pick up. If item is not picked up in a week. They will return to sender.
