Required materials: Leather - 2-4 oz. and/or 4-6 oz.
Bend shears (leather cutting scissors) or sharp knife.
Hole punch or awl.
Waxed thread
Sewing needle(s) - same diameter as thread.
Leather dye or stain
Rivets and rivet setting tool (optional, the eye cups can be stitched to the base)
50mm lenses - standard size for steampunk goggles, these are standard size for welding goggles.
Leather finish - I prefer Fiebing's leather balm with atom wax, but a spray-on acrylic sealer will work as well.
