I'm curious, when did they start charging more to ship to a PO Box? Do you have a link where it states that so I can read up on it?

I'm sorry about the confusion! To clarify, what I mean by being able to have cheaper shipping not using a PO Box is, when I have auctions with heavy items in them, or a lot of items in them, I tend to use FedEx when it's a normal address and not a PO Box. The reason is, FedEx is much cheaper than the Post Office for larger items or heavy items, usually being less than the Post Office by about $10 or so (from my experiences anyway) for those types of things.

I don't require not having a PO Box for bidding on my auctions, I just generally prefer it when it's something heavy or a large box full of things.

As for the Post Office charging more to send to PO Boxes, I don't believe that's happened as of yet.

There isn't a minimum amount of credits required. Regardless of the credits it ends at, the winner chooses any and everything they'd like, even all of it.
