I have found the cheapest way to send clothes, unless you sending a bunch of clothes is in a yellow bubble wrap envelope. For one piece of clothing in an envelope it's usually no more than $2.00 thats just basic through the mail shipping (nothing fancy) So.... hopefully that will help you! How high on the credits will you offer free shipping?
Don't do flat rate unless your sending a bunch of stuff. You end up paying wayyyy more than you need to. Besides, if your offering free shipping, you want to ship it the most cheapest way for you. Trust me! I have spent hundreds (literally) on shipping stuff for Listia....
