BARGINGAL IS A TERRIBLE PERSON THAT SHOULD BE KICKED OFF LISTIA. She bids, wins and actually receives box but turns it around and you get empty box back so in meantime you have tried to be a good Listian and refund points then you also lose your phone too. Block her while you can or she will make your life a living hell. Check with Old timer Vinny Pinto ((vap123) and he will reassure you we all get caught by this professessional con lady sooner or later. If you have other auctions she will track you down and degrade you there too!

Verizon states this has no issues being activated by verizon because it's one of their phones

Did you talk to verizon directly to ask them that? because if the phone is 1.connected to an account that has an overdue balance or still connected to an acocunt at all. or 2. reported lost or stolen.....it doesn't matter if it's a verizon phone or not....nobody will be able to use it with Verizon anymore until that issue is handled with them by the original account owner.

I'm in need of a new phone I have this exact blackberry but the button broken but I still don't have any problems using it it's a great phone for school since I can't have an iPhone since my finger are too big to type on a small touch screen
