$4.00 for shipping? That shirt can't cost more than $2.00 to mail. I am a daily post office fixture, so I am very familiar with shipping. It can easy go in a 5x7 yellow envelope with some tape for under $2

i give estimate nto actual shipping if it is cheaper when i get the zip i let the person know and that is what they pay sorry about that I AM NOT Out here to make money from shipping I just got tired of under charging then having tons of money come out of my pockets. What it says is 4.00 meaning it will nto be over that and if it were then I would cover the different I amiled a light long satin dress and it cost % soemthing to ship it in an padded eve. Yeah what I do is when you win it I get your zip then give you a total that way we are both not loosing money through paypal they charge fees when recieving money adn all that way they only are charging me the fee
