Much faster than the Wireless-G, but also works great with wireless -G and -B devices .
Comes with all you need except for the Ethernet Network Cable.

Does this come with instructions, software and what ever you need except Ethernet cable? I want to be sure before I bid that I don't have to go out and find something else for it to work for me.

It has instructions and the CD with the manual on it as well., You should be able to see all that comes with it in the pictures. I tried to make sure you could see t all, but my photography skills are not at their best here lately. The ethernet is all you need, as far as I know.
