Used Hemo tools, great for crafting, only used a few times, comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home. Three tools here, two of them lock and are plier like, the other one is scissors, and they do not lock. No, they were not, I got them from a friend who works at a hospital, they still were in the packaging when she gave them to me, I tried using these on some crafts that I do, and they just weren't handy, and I don't use them, so I thought maybe someone else might be able to. Sorry I should have put that on there, Thank you :)
