I'm not good with measurements so I hope I do it right. shoulder to shoulder is 15 1/2 inches and sleeve length is 24 inches, If this doesn't sound right to you let me know and maybe I can get someone to do it again tonight.

this is what it says on the tag. shell: 100%Polyurethane with 100% polyester backing. Body lining 51% Nylon 49% Acetate, sleeve lining 100% Nylon L made in China as far as bust size I'm not sure how to measure that. Measuring is not one of my strong suits, If you tell me how to do it, I will try. I don't have anyone around small enough to fit this coat.
