This is a new, never used vinyl portfolio.
There are 5 file holders, a CD slot, a floppy slot, which I would probably use to hold a flashdrive, and 2 business card slots, a full-size pad of lined paper, and a slot for a pen, which is included but not shown in the photos (a BIC Roller Ball, which is a decent pen)
The portfolio closes securely with Velcro. It is grey with black trim, smooth texture. It is very nice looking and comfortable to carry around to meetings. Free Shipping!
