is it like one of those laser pens but not a red laser a blue one

well sort of but not really...lol
It is a blue laser..but it spreads outward more than a laser pen. Its cool for a key chain cause it illuminates like a flashlight but not as bright or direct. We have used one like it as a laser for our dogs to chase on the floor...LOL
