Clematis is a very pretty perennial vine, with large flowers. These seeds are open pollinated so what you may get is up to the bees. The flowers were a medium pink with darker pink stripes down the center of each petal (the first photo), dark purple, white and reddish-purple, growing right along side each other, so it’s anyone’s guess what these seeds will produce. Hardy in USDA zones 5-8, needs light support or something to climb, grows about 8-12 feet long. They like full sun too, but you'll want to mulch the roots heavily or plant a low-growing ground-cover over them for the natural cooling effect and moisture retention.
