These are more bangle style watches, not watches with a clasp. The pink one is more flexible as it doesn't wrap all the way around. I would say if you can wear a 7inch bracelet comfortably these will fit well also.

Quite possibly. I haven't worn either one but perhaps once since I got them. I'm just not a watch person it turns out.
