Just look at them! I dare you to list any salt & pepper shakers that are uglier! Who would even make things that look like this? Apparently, someone in Japan, according to the sticker on the bottom of each.

Pink and smoky purple hippos, vintage. 3-3/8 inches tall. Have just been sitting on a shelf in the neighborhood second hand store. Never used for spices.

I mean, would you want these looking at you while you eat?
