This is a 2002 Fleer baseball card autographed by Houston Astros pitcher CARLOS HERNANDEZ.

I recieved this as part of a larger autograph lot. It is not a certified autograph and does not come with a COA, however based upon 1) comparing it with other Carlos Hernandez autographs and 2) the public demand for Hernandez autographs not being particularly high so forging them would be a waste of time, I do believe it to be authentic.
