These are from Hallmark Cards, Inc distributed by Party Express. NIP, BUT package has been written on on the back (you can see in the pic). They have been stored so they are also a little dusty, but still in excellent usable condition. Great for those spring parties coming up. FREE shipping to US only.

Questions & Comments

I wonder if the envelopes might be stuck together since they've been stored for awhile. I won some off of here and when I received them all the envelopes were sealed shut...even with the package sealed shut...brand new ones.
