It does have texting and web capabilities. It has a mini usb port for charges. A headset port.

This is a great phone to have if you dont use it much. You need to add minutes every 90 days.

Phone has double minutes feature for life. I paid almost $70 for the phone to have this feature. So if you buy 120 minutes, you get 240 automatically.

I bought this phone for my nephew about 4 years ago. He was 12 and it does have some wear and tear.

The phones screen and Keypad has no cracks or scratches. The front has some scratches. The back has minimal scratches. Overall just some minor cosmetic issues.

Phone has been sitting around for a few years.

I turned it on and charged it up. I took photos to show the unit does work.

You will receive the phone in the picture. Item is used and since it has no minutes it has not been tested any further.
