I have no idea I'm not the biggest computer guy in the world but I am a little bit savvy it seems to be a very minor issue I just don't have the time to fix it I run an eBay biz as well, so I'm very bizy

I apologize but no it does not it takes a regular AC 5 volt male input, I've always just used my daughters cord to her portable DVD player to charge it whenever I have wanted to turn it on and mess with it other than that its ready to roll just need somebody smart enough to fix that operating system other than that I really wish I could keep it really feel free to question & comment more if you need.....
