FREE SHIPPING IF BID REACHES 300 CREDITS. This is a used jacket but in great condition. Has a heart pull on zipper. Two rings for the leash on back. Fleece is the liner. It fits my dachshund. Neck 14", Chest 19", Neck to butt 12". Has room to stretch around chest.

The best I can do is lower the shipping on the items. I lost money on all my other items I sold paying for shipping, packaging,, paypal etc. I live on $530 a month so please understand. Again this is the best I can do. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
